Chuckles the Cheat is a Hacking GMod Freak Citizen created by YouTube user DasBoSchitt.
Appearance[]
Chuckles appears as a bald citizen (known to have Eric Kirchmer's facemap) from the game Half-Life 2.
Personality and Behaivour[]
Chuckles' personality can best be described as immature. He enjoys causing people to suffer from his pranks and hacking as is common of "script kiddies".
He will often commit hacking or pull a prank without considering the consequences of his actions, which inevitably to someone (potentially himself) being severly harmed as a result.
Powers and Abilites[]
Chuckles signature power is his hacking cellphone. He uses this device to inject hacks into his world. Other than that, relies soley on his (limited) wits to perform pranks.
Like his former rival and now superior Dr. Hax, he is able to spawn monitors and throw them at people.
Faults and Weaknesses[]
Chuckles rarely thinks his plans through and as a result nearly all his schemes go wrong. The best case scenario is that someone other than himself is severly hurt while the worst case scenario is that he comes face to face with Dr. Hax.

- Chuckles has his own mini-series within the The Gmod Idiot Box series called "Harmless Shenanigans? with Chuckles the Cheat".
- He uses the voice of Nathan Vetterlein (who also voices TF2's Scout and L4D's Church Guy).
